Helios is a 48’ Hinckley Sou’wester Yawl built in 1976. One of only seven 48’ built as the mold was cut in half, two feet added and the popular Hinckley 50’ was born. Hinckley’s heritage is sailing vessels. You will find the classic shape, dramatic lines, and inner strength of a boatbuilding tradition that is equal to the challenges of the North Atlantic. Helios is swift as she is strong.

The Classic 48ft Hinckley Yawl, Helios, provides guests with a large seating area with plenty of room for comfort and mobility in the cockpit and on deck.  A full bimini covers the cockpit offering a large area for shade, while allowing for a full view of the stunning Caribbean views. Bean Bags placed on the front of the boat are ideal for soaking up the sun. 

Helios handles waves and wind with stable comfort. We keep our boat clean, uncluttered, and fully maintained to exceed the safe charter boat standards that you should expect. We have a clean, easy to use restroom below and a fresh water shower for post-snorkeling rinses. Snorkeling in St. John’s crystal clear water is a breeze with our easy swim ladder.
